How does appointment booking work?
Live appointments lets Speaq AI book appointments on your behalf just like a human! To do this Speaq AI connects with your scheduling software to automatically detect, and book in appointments on your business behalf. This feature is only available on the professional plan
What happens if I use more minutes than my plan?
The starter plan begins with 100 free minutes and if you go over that amount you are only charged for what you use. The professional plan works the same way, but also includes 25 free booked appointments, after you exceed the above quota you are charged per additional appointment.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time to accommodate more minutes or access additional features.
How do I know Speaq AI will work for my business?
Before you have to subscribe to a plan, Speaq's interactive dashboard lets you create an agent and test it by talking into your computer.
What integrations are available with the Starter plan?
The Starter plan comes with the AI dashboard but does not offer integrations with other apps or have booking/automation capabilities.
How does the 2-way call action work?
